Bind Receiver

The Spektrum has a simple and secure binding process. A good video to watch is shown above.

Note that each model you create in Spektrum has to go through binding to its model’s receiver once.

Our preferred method for beginners is

1/ Power off the transmitter.

2/ Power up the receiver and hold the stripes button down until you get the flashing LED light.

3/ At the transmitter, depress the “BIND” button on the back and keep it held down.

4/ With another finger, power up the transmitter. It should all go into binding mode and take around 5 seconds to finish its binding process.

5/ You should get a solid LED lit on the receiver, plus a successful bind message on the transmitter screen.

6/ Take your finger off the bind button. You are ready to go.

Our preferred method once you are used to it is:-

1/ Press the receiver stripey button to get the flashing light for binding mode

2/ Find the Bind command submenu in the menus list, and simply click on BIND there. Very fast, once you have menu navigation sorted in your mind.
